Job: Clubhouse Office Assistant (Part or Full Time)
General Purpose: To provide assistance to members and guest(s) in an exceptionally safe, friendly, professional and efficient manner corresponding with the demands of a world class facility.
Duties: Check in members and non-members. Sale of various items including those in our Pro-Shop. To ensure the cleanliness of the clubhouse, including bathroom, kitchen, seated areas and office desk area. Assist with monthly shoot registration, outing and special event organization.
Marginal Duties: Assist the General Manager with daily needs. Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements: Excellent customer service skills. Current driver's license/ID and reliable transportation. Shooting experience and knowledge of sporting clays facilities an asset, not required. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Be efficient with a computer and iPad. Answer phones politely and professionally.
Physical Requirements:
Essential duties require periods of standing. Light physical lifting and cleaning. The employee must have normal vision (corrected), hearing and verbal communication.
Environmental Conditions:
Duties are performed inside the clubhouse with very little outside work.
Shooting season is in full swing here at Eagle's Nest Sporting Grounds. With this being said we are always looking for help trapping our sporting and/or FITASC on tournament days.

Job: Sporting/FITASC Trapper (Part Time for monthly tournament days)
General Purpose: To provide sporting clay assistance to guest in an exceptionally safe, friendly, professional and efficient manner corresponding with the demands of a world class facility.
Duties:
Essential duties require long periods of standing and/or walking on trails. The employee must have normal vision (corrected), hearing and verbal communication.
Environmental Conditions:
Duties are performed outdoors in the elements.
General Purpose: To provide sporting clay assistance to guest in an exceptionally safe, friendly, professional and efficient manner corresponding with the demands of a world class facility.
Duties:
- To ensure safety of guests and employees at all times
- To accompany guests out onto the clays course and guide them as needed on the course.
- Performing trapping duties for guests to include tasks such as pulling and scoring rounds.
- To ensure the cleanliness and safety of the clays course, including picking up empty shells
- Assist the Course Manager with daily needs.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends (This trappers position is for someone who can work once or twice a month typically on a Saturday or Sunday. A tournament schedule will be given in advance).
